A $39.95 charge to keep my old phone number. Other phone companies do this at no charge. 2. Bluetooth - You can only have a blue tooth adapter OR a Wireless adapter,not both. 3. Wireless adapter use eliminates Bluetooth use. 4. Must pay to Ooma Premium to use Bluetooth. 5. You can not install your Ooma without receiving 2 new phone numbers that we will never use. We just finished porting our old number over and it took about two weeks less than first estimated. We were originally afraid it wouldn't work well with our existing whole house phone lines, but it's working just great! I recommend it to everyone! Well, I didn't, at least not to this level. I've used VOIP in my business for a long time, with varying success (varying is probably why I didn't do it at home for so long...) So I finally decided to bite into it and move my long time home phone into the VOIP relm. Mainly as a way to reduce home phone costs. The Ooma was my choice of product.
